Zelensky Discusses Security Guarantees With Ireland's PM

(MENAFN- UkrinForm) President Volodymyr Zelensky reported this on Telegram , according to Ukrinform.

"We talked about work on security guarantees. The involvement of all partners is very important for us. Ireland is ready to make its contribution to ensuring security. We also share the view on the need to increase pressure on Russia, including through the introduction of secondary sanctions. We need to do everything possible to make Moscow finally feel that this war is really expensive for them. Only then will they start thinking about how to end what they themselves started," the Ukrainian President wrote.

He noted that he values Ireland's support for Ukraine's European future and its clear position that Ukraine and Moldova must move forward together in the negotiation process.

The President also expressed gratitude to Ireland for assistance in equipping shelters.

"We also discussed financial support to ensure free meals for students and agreed to look for opportunities," Zelensky added.
