• CRO Integration & Wallet Infrastructure
  Truth Social and Truth+ will roll out a revamped rewards system using Crypto 's digital wallet infrastructure. Users can convert earned“gems” into Cronos (CRO) tokens, which can be used to pay for subscriptions or services across platforms. Free or discounted access to Truth+ may be offered to those who open a Crypto account, and both platforms will be co-marketed.

• Cross-Investment & Custody Support
  Trump Media will purchase approximately $105 million worth of CRO (~685.4 million tokens, roughly 2% of the total CRO market cap). Crypto will invest $50 million in Trump Media common stock. Both investments come with lock-up periods. Trump Media 's CRO holdings will be secured via Crypto Custody, enabling staking and additional revenue generation.
