Designed as an artistic promenade, each cocktail pays tribute to emblematic locations within the hotel, reimagined through the lens of contemporary mixology.
Signature highlights include:
Cinema – served in a playful popcorn box-shaped glass, this cocktail nods to the hotel's private screening room.
Swimming Pool – a visually stunning drink in aquatic hues that channels the serenity of the hotel's iconic pool.
Each creation is a celebration of Art, flavor, and atmosphere, perfectly complemented by the stunning Philippe Starck-designed interiors and the beautiful setting of Le Bar Long.
To accompany these unique cocktails, guests can savor a selection of specially curated delectable plates, including:
Tomato Stracciatella with pistachio pesto
Mafaldine pasta with summer truffle
