Doha, Qatar: Qatar's table tennis team concluded its training camp in Belgrade, Serbia, yesterday. The camp kicked off on August 7.

The training camp was part of preparations planned by the Qatar Table Tennis Association (QTTA), ahead of the Arab Table Tennis Championship to take place in Morocco from September 10 to 18.

Players Abdullah Abdul Wahab, Sultan Al Kuwari, and Ahmed Eid Qarni participated in the training camp, along with the rest of the team.

They underwent intensive daily training under the supervision of Greek coach Daniel Tsiokas, who focused on improving technical and physical readiness and correcting some tactical aspects.

This camp provided the players with a valuable opportunity to interact with high-level European players, helping to hone their experience and to boost their confidence.

QTTA confirmed that the camp in Belgrade was a key milestone in the preparatory program, noting that the goal is to enable the players to perform at their best and compete strongly for medals at the upcoming Arab Championship in Morocco.

The Qatar team is scheduled to return directly to Doha to complete the final stages of preparations before traveling to Morocco.
