
Terra Madre Americas Unites Global Food Leaders In Sacramento Sept 26-28
SACRAMENTO, CA - Food visionaries from across the Americas are gathering in Sacramento this fall for a groundbreaking event that blends global flavor with local purpose. Terra Madre Americas, the first-ever American edition of the internationally renowned Terra Madre Salone del Gusto, will be held September 26–28, 2025, in partnership with Visit Sacramento's Farm-to-Fork Festival.
Presented by Slow Food USA, this unprecedented convergence of food producers, chefs, winemakers, academics, and eaters will celebrate biodiversity, regenerative agriculture, and the cultural heritage of food. From urban rooftop growers to rainforest seed keepers, voices from across the continent will converge to explore how we grow, cook, and share food in a way that supports both people and planet.
