RHDC Launches 'Advanced' Course On Archives Management, Data Extraction

Amman, July 27 (Petra) –Royal Hashemite Documentation Center (RHDC) on Sunday held a training course, themed: "Management of Royal, Princely, and Presidential and Special Archives," to learn ways to extract social, political, and economic data from these primary-source materials.
In a statement, the two-day course, held with specialized Arab participation, also aims to introduce participants to document security and protection within the digital environment and artificial intelligence.
On other goals, the event seeks to highlight the importance of codes to control repository specifications and identify challenges and solutions to achieve the required international criteria.
The statement added that the activity is part of the center's strategy to transfer knowledge and the best practices in archives management.
