
Ukraine's Air Defenses Down 33 Out Of 42 Russian Drones Overnight
According to the military, starting from 23:00 on Monday, July 21, Russian invaders launched a total of 42 strike drones - Shahed-type UAVs and various decoy drones - from Primorsko-Akhtarsk in Russia as well as from Cape Chauda and the village of Hvardiiske in temporarily occupied Crimea.
As of 9:00 on Tuesday, preliminary data indicate that Ukraine's air defense forces shot down or jammed 26 enemy Shahed-type drones (and drones of other types) over the southern and eastern regions of the country, while seven other targets were lost or jammed by electronic warfare systems.
Enemy strikes were recorded at three locations, and debris from downed drones fell in three other areas.
