Amman, July 20 (Petra) – The Lower House "Irada-Will" and Islamic National blocs urged the international community to end famine in the Gaza Strip due to the Israeli occupation's systematic starvation policy.
In a press statement issued Sunday, the blocs said the world, despite its slogans calling for ending Gaza's starvation, remains suspiciously silent regarding these mass massacres.
The blocs added that the ongoing aggression on Gaza and the imposed blockade have destroyed life necessities, mainly food supply chains, bakeries, medical centers, shelter camps, mosques, and churches.
Praising the Kingdom's position over Gaza developments, the statement mainly noted His Majesty King Abdullah II's stance at the European Parliament, where he clearly expressed "seriousness of the systematic current starvation in the Palestinian strip."
