Actress Humaira Asghar Faced Financial Crisis Before Death, Investigation Reveals

(MENAFN- Tribal News Network) Investigations into the mysterious death of actress Humaira Asghar have uncovered new details suggesting she passed away in early October 2024 while facing severe financial distress.

According to investigators, three mobile phones and a tablet recovered from her apartment have been seized and thoroughly examined. Data from these devices revealed that the actress last used her phone at around 5:00 PM on October 7, 2024. On the same day, she attempted to contact 14 individuals but failed to connect with anyone.

Based on this digital activity, investigators now believe Humaira Asghar likely died on October 7. A personal diary and several documents were also found in the apartment, providing further context to her situation.

Officials confirmed that the actress had three SIM cards, all inserted into her phones at the time of discovery. Two of her phones were unlocked, allowing investigators full access to their contents.

What is the Case Behind Humaira Asghar's Death?

The decomposed body of Humaira Asghar was discovered on July 8, 2025, inside a flat located in Ittehad Commercial area. Her remains were only found after a court bailiff, accompanied by the landlord, forcibly entered the premises following rent payment defaults and court proceedings.

The initial post-mortem report indicated the body was in the final stage of decomposition, suggesting that the actress had died approximately 8 to 10 months earlier.

Key Evidence Found in Her Apartment

Investigators also recovered utility bills and a rent slip dated up to May 2024. Additionally, there were signs she had done laundry shortly before her death. The actress's body was found in a room adjacent to the bedroom. Clothes were discovered in the bathroom tub, and the balcony door in the room where her body lay was open.

Authorities noted that the main entrance of the apartment had been double-locked from the inside, further complicating the circumstances surrounding her death. Forensic tests and chemical examinations are still underway to determine the exact cause.

It is worth noting that neighbors only began to notice a foul odor emanating from the flat in December 2024-two months after she is believed to have died. Investigations remain ongoing.
