This year, the project achieved a significant breakthrough as the bookshelf went international, with new locations established at Saint Petersburg State University of Economics in Russia, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in Kazakhstan, Tribhuvan University in Nepal, and Royal University of Agriculture in Cambodia. The cultural exchange network's coverage has been significantly broadened.
