RONNI-13 Fiber-Optic Drone Approved For Use By Ukrainian Armed Forces


(MENAFN- UkrinForm) As reported by Ukrinform, citing the Main Directorate for Support of the Life Cycle of Weapons and Military Equipment, the RONNI-13 features fiber-optic control and was developed based on the real-world combat experience of Ukraine's defenders.

The drone is equipped with a lightweight, high-durability frame, capacitive batteries, and powerful brushless motors, enabling it to deliver a combat payload over long distances to target enemy personnel and equipment. Depending on mission requirements, the RONNI-13 can be outfitted with a range of cameras, allowing for effective operations both day and night.

As earlier reported by Ukrinform, the Armed Forces of Ukraine approved the Murakha unmanned ground system-designed to support frontline units operating under enemy fire and in mined or otherwise hazardous conditions.
