Grenade Attack In Quetta Injures SHO, Two Others IED Blast In Sangwan Wounds Soldier


(MENAFN- Tribal News Network) A grenade attack targeting police personnel near Bakra Mandi on Quetta's Eastern Bypass left three people injured, including the Station House Officer (SHO) of Manzoor Shaheed Police Station, officials confirmed on Sunday.

According to police sources, the injured were immediately shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack so far.

Following the incident, police and other security forces cordoned off the area and launched a search operation to apprehend those involved.

Meanwhile, in another incident in Balochistan, terrorists carried out an IED attack on the Koran Sangwan security post, injuring a soldier identified as Zahid.

Security officials said the area has been secured and further investigations are underway.
