Qatar Participates In 73Rd Meeting Of GCC Finance Ministries Undersecretaries

Kuwait: The State of Qatar participated in the 73rd meeting of the Committee of Undersecretaries of the Ministries of Finance of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), held in the State of Kuwait.

Deputy Undersecretary for Economic Affairs at the Ministry of Finance Dr. Saud bin Abdullah Al Attiyah chaired the delegation of the State of Qatar at the meeting that was attended by Their Excellencies GCC Undersecretaries of Finance Ministries.

During the meeting, Their Excellencies the undersecretaries discussed several topics, including the results of the meetings of the GCC Central Bank Governors Committee, the results of the GCC Customs Union Authority, and the results of the meetings of the GCC Common Market Committee, stressing the importance of continuing coordination to enhance economic and development integration among the member states.

They also discussed the latest developments in the joint Gulf economic action and followed up on the implementation of the decisions issued by the Supreme Council, in addition to a number of issues of common interest to the GCC countries.
