16-Year-Old Girl In Karak Undergoes Surgery, Discovers Male Identity
According to Muhammad Yaseen's parents, at birth, they initially dressed their child in boys' clothing for the first three years. However, they later started dressing Nusrat as a girl and, after the age of 10, restricted her to the home in line with traditional norms. Nusrat pursued religious education at a madrasa and later began teaching Islamic studies to women.

Four months ago, after experiencing health issues, Nusrat underwent medical tests that revealed male characteristics. Doctors recommended surgery, which was successfully performed at the Burn Hospital in Peshawar, confirming the transition to male.
Yaseen's parents, who previously had one son and seven daughters, said they were unaware of this reality for 16 years. Calling it a divine blessing, they now plan to enroll Muhammad Yaseen in a religious seminary to continue his studies.
The extraordinary case has sparked curiosity in the area, with people traveling from distant places to congratulate the family on this unexpected development.
