List of World's Best Under-20 Footballers Reveals Top Players
(MENAFN) Turkish footballers Kenan Yildiz and Can Uzun have been featured in the International Centre for Sports Studies (CIES) ranking of the top-performing under-20 players globally.
The prestigious list highlights exceptional young talent in the sport.
Barcelona's emerging star, Lamine Yamal, claimed the top spot on the list. Meanwhile, Kenan Yildiz, who plays for the Italian Serie A club Juventus, earned the 5th position, and Can Uzun, representing German team Eintracht Frankfurt, was ranked 9th.
The ranking also included Desire Doue, a 19-year-old French winger from Paris Saint-Germain, in third place. Another standout from Barcelona, Spanish defender Pau Cubarsi, secured the 4th position on the list.
In addition to these notable players, Danish Conrad Harder, part of the Portuguese club Sporting Lisbon, was ranked second, and his 17-year-old teammate Geovany Quenda, also from Sporting Lisbon, rounded out the top 10 at 10th place.
