Joramco Sponsors Iftar for Orphans in Partnership with Haya Cultural Center
(MENAFN- Asdaa BCW) Joramco, the Amman-based maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) provider and the engineering arm of Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE), sponsored an iftar for orphans in collaboration with Haya Cultural Center. The event took place recently at the center in Shmeisani, under the patronage of Her Excellency Wafa Bani Mustafa, Minister of Social Development.
The iftar brought together orphans from various homes, offering them a day filled with activities and joyful moments. Volunteers from Joramco dedicated their time to the children, participating in various activities and embodying the spirit of Ramadan.
Fraser Currie, Chief Executive Officer of Joramco, expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to contribute to the community, stating, “At Joramco, we believe in the power of community and the importance of giving back, especially during the holy month of Ramadan. This iftar represents not only our commitment to supporting underprivileged children but also our belief in the values of compassion, sharing, and solidarity that define this special time of year.”
Meanwhile, Hana Ibsais, Chief People and Performance Officer at Joramco, said, “We are proud to live our values of compassion and community through our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. This iftar is a beautiful example of how at Joramco we align our efforts with our goal of creating a positive impact on society.”
