According to Ukrinform, the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine reported this on Telegram .
“Ru-propaganda is actively spreading the message that Ukraine is breaking the ceasefire agreement. In particular, the Russian Ministry of Defense accuses Ukraine of attacking a Russian energy infrastructure facility, claiming that this is a provocation to disrupt the peace initiatives of the US President. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov made a similar statement, accusing Kyiv of“lacking contractual capacity.” It is noteworthy that these statements come after a massive drone attack on Ukraine's energy and civilian infrastructure, which Russia carried out immediately after Donald Trump's talks with Putin,” the statement said.
