Steve Orlando was named Executive Vice President in 2023 after serving as the company's Vice President of Sales & Marketing since 2005. Steve developed and implemented new business strategies including diversifying from traditional markets and expanding into new markets, including air systems, chemical, defense, alternative fuels and semi-conductors. Prior to Exotic, Steve was the Vice President at Morrell Inc. for 15 years.
