Frankivsk Drama Theater Raises More Than UAH 1.3 M For Drones For AFU

(MENAFN- UkrinForm) During the performances in Lviv, the Frankivsk Drama Theater raised more than UAH 1.3 million for drones for the Armed Forces. The performances in January and February were part of the Birds of Victory project.

The theater announced this on facebook , Ukrinform reports.

“The January and February performances in Lviv became an important part of the Birds of Victory charity project, thanks to which we raised UAH 1,350,140 and have already turned them into drones for the Armed Forces,” the theater said.

These funds were used to purchase 100 drones: 80 units (7 inches) for the 24th King Danylo Mechanized Brigade and 20 units (10 inches) for the 33rd Mechanized Brigade.

The drama theater emphasized that this is a joint result with the audience who came to the performances and supported this initiative.

People's Artist of Ukraine Oleksii Hnatkovsky became the host of the charity auctions.

As reported by Ukrinform, the Frankivsk Drama Theater held a raffle for the book“Hutsulshchyna” and raised more than UAH 100,000 for the Armed Forces.
