Al-Asimah Gov. Congratulates Political Leadership On Nat'l Festivals

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Feb 26 (KUNA) -- Al-Asimah Governor Sheikh Abdullah Salem Al-Ali Al-Sabah on Wednesday congratulated His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah and His Highness Prime Minister Sheikh Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah on the 64th National Day and 34th Liberation Day.
He said in a press statement that these occasions remind everyone, with much pride, of the sacrifices the ancestors had made to maintain their homeland, and their amazing national unity that had marked an immortal historical epic.
He added that the national celebrations are deemed an opportunity to keep the new generations posted about the great efforts and wonderful sentiments of loyalty, sacrificing and solidarity with their leadership in defense of their nation's sovereignty and freedom.
The governor underlined that these days remind everyone of their due responsibility towards Kuwait and their duties for development and dedication in order to preserve the country's national gains and promote its international status. (end)
