Turkish defense industry adds modern armored vehicles to inventory

(MENAFN) The Turkish defense industry’s modern PARS ALPHA 8×8 as well as 6×6 armored vehicles will be added to the Turkish Armed Forces’ inventory for the first time.

Turkish defense firm FNSS as well as Turkey’s Defense Industry Agency (SSB) inked the deal for the “Next-Generation Vehicle Project” at a ceremonial event on Monday, as stated by the firm.

FNSS will bring the PARS ALPHA 8x8 Anti-Armor Squad as well as Armored Recovery vehicles in the first stage of the deal, and also the PARS ALPHA 6x6 command post variants with four diverse mission gear.

The PARS ALPHA was established under FNSS’ 35 years of experience as well as accomplishments as the fifth generation vehicle in the PARS family of products.
