Knorr® Is Empowering People To Create A Delicious Home-Cooked Meal When Your Fast Food Delivery Fails
Wondering what swaps Knorr can help you make?
- Trade out lukewarm, haphazardly assembled chicken sandwich for these Lemon Pepper Chicken Cutlets
- Ditch the "Big" burger missing half its toppings for one made fresh and hot like The Perfect Classic Burger
- Uplevel pizza night for the mouthwatering, Italian goodness of Baked Chicken Parm
- Exchange broken tacos with the authentic flavor of Chicken Tacos made in your own kitchen
"We've all been there: we've waited hungrily for a fast food delivery that misses the mark before it's even in your hands," said Gina Kiroff, Chief Marketing Officer, Knorr North America. "Knorr believes in turning those moments of disappointment into opportunities for creativity. Whether it's a burger that's falling apart or a taco that's missing key ingredients, we're showing people how easy it is to recreate these meals at home, without the delivery hassle."
A recent survey** revealed that nine out of ten people have experienced a food delivery failure, and 35% of consumers expect their orders to arrive within 30 minutes. Despite the speed of fast food services, the quality often doesn't meet expectations. With the #DeliverBetter campaign, Knorr is encouraging people to swap fast food frustration for flavorful home-cooked meals that can be prepared in nearly the same amount of time.
As part of the campaign, the brand is also featuring Stephanie, Amanda and Sky and their fast food delivery fails on their social media. From missing taco meat to uncooked chicken to missing cheese on a pizza, these personal anecdotes will extend the conversation about how everyone can do better in the kitchen.
To participate in the #DeliverBetter campaign, fans can head to Knorr for recipe inspiration, tips, and tricks to help them recreate their favorite fast food meals. They can also join the conversation on social media by tagging @Knorr and using the hashtag #DeliverBetter.

The business was formed in 1838, when founder Carl Heinrich Knorr pioneered experiments in drying seasonings and vegetables to preserve their flavor and nutritional value.
