Communication With Ukrainians In Occupied Territories Ongoing Prokudin
As reported by Ukrinform, Head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin stated this during a press conference.
"Communication with the occupied territories is ongoing," Prokudin said.
He explained that not all information received from the temporarily occupied territories (TOT) can be disclosed immediately, as doing so could reveal sources and endanger the people providing it.
Prokudin emphasized that every instance of Russian terror against Ukrainians in the occupied territories is being documented, and all human rights violations are recorded.
