War Update: 99 Clashes On Frontline In Past 24 Hrs, Pokrovsk Axis Hottest

(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Over the past 24 hours, on February 9, a total of 99 combat engagements between the Ukrainian Defense Forces and the Russian invaders were recorded on the front line. The Ukrainian forces repelled 33 enemy assaults on the Pokrovsk axis.

This was reported by the General Staff of the armed forces of Ukraine on Faceboo , providing operational update at of 08:00 on Monday, February 10.

Yesterday, the Russian forces launched two missile strikes using two missiles, 87 airstrikes, and dropped 138 guided bombs on Ukrainian positions and settlements.

Additionally, the invaders carried out more than 5,800 shelling attacks, including 133 using multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS), and deployed 2,427 kamikaze drones.

The Russian forces conducted airstrikes in the following locations: Oleksandrivka, Nesternе, Slatyne, Udy in Kharkiv region; Filiia in Dnipropetrovsk region; Zvirove, Pokrovsk, Hrodivka, Kostiantynivka, Yasynuvata, Bahatyr, Rozlyv, Odradne, Novosilka, Storozhove, Novopil in Donetsk region; Huliaipole, Chervone, Piatykhatky, Kamianske, Lukianivske, Stepnohirsk in Zaporizhzhia region; Prydniprovske in Kherson region.

Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian aviation, missile, and artillery units struck one Buk air defense missile system, seven clusters of enemy personnel and equipment, five artillery systems, one enemy command post.

In the Kharkiv sector , the Ukrainian forces repelled three attacks near Vovchansk and Fyholivka.

In the Kupiansk sector , seven Russian assaults were repelled near Bohuslavka, Stepova Novosilka, Holubivka, Nova Kruhliakivka, Petropavlivka, and Zahryzove.

In the Lyman sector, ten enemy attacks were repelled near Zelenyi Hai, Novoserhiivka, Yampolivka, Kolodiazi, Kopanky, and Novoliubivka.

In the Kramatorsk sector , two clashes occurred near Chasiv Yar.

In the Toretsk sector , the Russian forces attacked 13 times near Toretsk, Krymske, and Shcherbynivka.

In the Pokrovsk sector , the Ukrainian defenders halted 33 Russian assaults near Zelene Pole, Vodiane Druhe, Yelyzavetivka, Promin, Pishchane, Udachne, Novooleksandrivka, Andriivka, and Dachne.

In the Novopavlivka sector , the enemy attempted ten assaults near Kostiantynopil using aviation but failed to break through.

In Russia's Kursk region , the Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled 18 Russian attacks. Additionally, the enemy launched 39 airstrikes using 69 guided bombs and conducted 493 artillery shelling attacks, including nine with MLRS.

The Russian forces did not conduct assault operations in the Siversk, Huliaipole, Orikhiv, and Prydniprovske directions.

No signs of offensive force buildup were detected in the Volyn and Polissia sectors .

As reported by Ukrinform, Russia's total combat losses in Ukraine from February 24, 2022, to February 10, 2025, amount to approximately 850,490 personnel, including 1,170 in the past 24 hours.
