Kuwait PM: Dubai's WGS Global Platform For Exchanging Expertize, Decision-Making

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) DUBAI, Feb 10 (KUNA) -- The World governments Summit in Dubai is a global platform for exchanging expertize amongst global leaders, enabling decision-making, which shapes the world's future and its sustainable development, said His Highness the Prime Minister sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah on Monday.
This statement came after His Highness the Prime Minister and the accompanying delegation's arrival to the UAE.
The WGS is held during rapid challenges facing the world, which made it paramount for governments around the globe to address and find solutions, he stressed, saying that the summit was a chance for bettering government services, cooperation as well as boosting productivity.
He expressed keen desire to reformulate the government apparatus to meet the demands of building a digital society, boost transparency, improve work environment, and invest in human capital, all points that were in line with the state's sustainable development plans.
His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Al-Abdullah affirmed that the WGS had bolstered the UAE's global role in boosting governments future planning efforts, expressing gratitude to the Emirati leadership and people for their relentless contributions in this regard.
His Highness Sheikh Ahmad Al-Abdullah was received at the airport by Emirati Minister of Health Abdulrahman Al-Owais, Kuwaiti Ambassador to the UAE Jamal Al-Ghunaim, UAE Ambassador to Kuwait Dr. Matar Al-Neyadi, Kuwait General Consul to Dubai and the Northern Emirates Khaled Al-Zaabi in addition to other diplomats.
