Jordanian Moi Emphasizes Kuwait's Collaboration In Public Service Development

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Feb 9 (KUNA) -- Jordanian Interior Minister Mazin Al-Farrayeh emphasized the importance of collaboration and exchange of expertise with the Kuwaiti interior ministry.
He highlighted that such step is crucial for boosting efficiency and achieving digital transformation in public service department.
A Ministry statement said; following a visit by Minister Al-Farrayeh to the General Directorate for of Citizenship and travel Documents earlier on Sunday, that Al-Farrayeh was briefed on the process for renewing passports through the ministry's official website. He also observed the passport delivery and collection devices and the method for adding a newborn and issuing certificates through the government's e-services application, Sahel; among other services, along with a visual presentation outlining the latest developments and services provided by the department.
