Jordan King, Saudi Crown Prince Discuss Gaza Developments

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) AMMAN, Feb 5 (KUNA) -- King Abdullah II, of Jordan, discussed with Saudi Arabia crown prince and Prime Minister Prince Mohammad bin Salman on Wednesday developments in the region, particularly the dangerous situation in Gaza.
The Jordanian Royal Court said, in a statement, that King Abdullah II stressed during a phone call the need to halt settlement activities and reject any attempts to annex lands and displace Palestinians from Gaza and the West Bank.
King Abdullah II called for intensifying Arab and international efforts to support the Palestinian people to achieve their full legitimate rights, establish their land, and ensure the sustainability of the ceasefire in Gaza. (end)
