King, Saudi Crown Prince Discuss Dangerous Situation In Gaza

(MENAFN- Jordan Times) AMMAN - his majesty King Abdullah on Monday received a call from Saudi crown prince Mohammed Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz, the prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, during which they discussed the dangerous situation in Gaza and its surroundings.

During the call, the importance of stepping up Arab coordination and uniting efforts to stop the escalation and avoid its repercussions on the entire region was stressed, according to a Royal Court statement.

King Abdullah stressed the need to reach a Political horizon for the Palestinian cause to achieve just and comprehensive peace on the basis of the two-state solution, and Palestinians gaining their legitimate rights.

His Majesty also called for respecting international humanitarian law and protecting civilians.
