Qatar, Libya Update Air Services Agreement

Minister of Transport H E Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulla bin Mohammed Al Thani and Libyan Minster of Transport H E Muhammad Salem Al Shahoubi yesterday signed an update to the air services agreement signed by Qatar and Libya on April 28, 2004. The update further liberalises the provisions of the agreement to keep pace with the developments of the civil aviation industry.
