Explosion In Parwan Province Kills 2, Injures 6

(MENAFN- Khaama Press) Local authorities in Parwan province report that an explosion at a“Sara-e-Kohna” market in the provincial capital has resulted in two deaths and six injuries.
Fazl-ur-Rahim Maskinyar, spokesperson for the Police command in Parwan, stated in a press release that the incident occurred on Saturday, July 20, on the New Road in the first security district of Charikar, the provincial capital.
According to the press release, the explosion happened when explosive materials gathered in a piece of iron detonated.
Maskinyar emphasized that the injured have been transported to the Parwan provincial civilian hospital, and an investigation into the incident has begun.
