JULIEN EL-KHAL APPOINTED NEW EXECUTIVE CHEF AT FAIRMONT AMMAN
(MENAFNEditorial) AMMAN, 27 June 2024 – Fairmont Amman announced the appointment of Brazilian-Lebanese Julien El-Khal as its new executive chef, tasked to add his creative and luxurious touch to the dining spectrum throughout the hotel.
Julien brings over 17 years of operational experience in luxury hotels to his current role as he oversees the production of enticing dishes and leads his culinary team to fulfill its maximum potential in the dining scene. His career has taken him to some of the finest kitchens around the world each adding onto his culinary perspective, honing his skills in creating a memorable journey for guests.
With his vast skills in menu-engineering, food waste control, and sourcing local fresh ingredients amongst others, Julien will not only upgrade the culinary level but implement sustainable cooking methods for a greener environment. A winner of several awards and accolades, Julien has been recognized for his palatable talent in various cuisines such as Greek, Moroccan and Middle Eastern by Time Out Awards, national competitions and certified institutions.
Commenting on his addition to the team, General Manager at Fairmont Amman Elias J.
