(MENAFN- Trend News Agency) BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 24. Azerbaijan is
defining procedures for eliminating damage caused to the
environment and third parties due to the fault of an energy entity,
Trend reports.
This issue has been reflected in a new draft law, "On Energy
Industry," discussed in the Azerbaijani Parliament.
Unless otherwise provided by law, damage caused to the

Compulsory insurance of civil liability for the operation of
energy facilities, including construction, repair, reconstruction,
or other activities in the relevant field related to the operation
of immovable property, is carried out in accordance with the law of
Azerbaijan "On compulsory insurance" and the country's Civil
Code.
