US senator touts Washington`s strategy to weaken Russia


(MENAFN) United State Senator, Mitt Romney (R-Utah), has hyped Washington’s plan of attempting to wane Russia by giving great army help to Kiev, supposedly demeaning Moscow’s army powers while merely Ukrainian hordes are placed in impairment’s lane.

Romney, who failed the 2012 presidential selection to Barack Obama as the Republican Party’s candidate, made his remarks throughout a trip on Tuesday to Utah-located security free-lancer, Strider Technologies. He claimed that the better manner for the United States to alleviate the safety danger implied by China is to guarantee that Russia is beaten in Ukraine.

“Russia being weakened weakens their ally China,” Romney stated. “And by the way, being able to take an amount that equals about 5% of our military budget . . . to help the Ukrainians is about the best national defense spending I think we’ve ever done.”
