(MENAFN- Trend News Agency) BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 7. President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on amendments to the 'Charter of the Karabakh Revival Fund', trend reports.

According to the decree, in connection with issues related to the areas of activity, with the consent of the President of Azerbaijan, the Fund was granted the authority to create a legal entity of public law and to establish a media entity.
