Iranian Foreign Minister, Chinese officials reaffirm commitment to 25-year cooperation agreement

(MENAFN) Iran's Foreign Minister, Hossein Amir Abdollahian, has tweeted that Iran and China are committed to fully implementing their 25-year cooperation accord.

He expressed confidence that the cooperation deal would be carried out in full and that Iranian authorities would work to advance Iranian interests in every possible way.

During his visit to China, President Ebrahim Raisi and high-level officials from both nations will hold talks and sign MOUs.

Amir Abdollahian stated that the discussions would include multilateralism, maintaining a balanced foreign policy, and various bilateral partnerships.

At a gathering of ministry officials, the Iranian Foreign Minister underscored that Iran's enemies had made every effort to undermine the country through various means, including media outlets, security agencies, and social media.

The adversaries have attempted to distance themselves from recent disturbances in the Islamic Republic after engaging in a multidimensional hybrid warfare.

Despite these challenges, Amir Abdollahian expressed confidence in Iran's ability to overcome them and continue to advance its interests.
