Doha: Dr. Aswini Bose, a 60-year-old doctor, and athlete, recently achieved a rare and impressive feat by representing his country and bringing home three gold medals in the 60m, 100m, and 200m sprint events at the 7th international Masters Athletic Meet in Pokharan, Nepal.
Dr. Bose faced a significant challenge during his training when he encountered a slight issue with his knee and was advised to stop his sprints. However, his determination to continue competing and represent his country led him to seek the support of Dr. Divya Geeta, an orthopaedic surgeon at Naseem Surgical Centre at Medical Centre in C ring road.
Dr. Geeta was very supportive of Dr. Bose's endeavours and provided him with the confidence and guidance he needed. Thanks to her support, Dr. Bose was able to triumph over the physical and mental hurdles he faced and bring home three gold medals.“I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Geeta for her medical care and guidance,” said Dr. Bose.
Dr. Bose personally thanked Dr. Geeta for her support by presenting her with his gold medals.
