TCCIMA’s agriculture committee officials gather to talk about industry obstacles
(MENAFN) The Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (TCCIMA)’s Agriculture and Process Industries Committee hosted its 23rd gathering on Sunday throughout which the issues and obstacles dealing with businesses operating in the agricultural industry were talked about.
The gat6hering was joined by Chief of TCCIMA Agriculture Committee Kaveh Zargaran in addition to Deputy Agriculture Minister for Planning and Economic Affairs Mohammad Ghorbani, as reported by the TCCIMA portal.
While giving a speech in the meeting, Zargaran talked about a latest gathering of Agriculture Minister Javad Sadati-Nejad with the private industry officials and stated that “In that meeting, the agriculture minister emphasized the active presence of the private sector in the supply and maintenance of the country's strategic reserves.”
He urged the administration to stay away from interfering with the valuing process of agricultural outputs, pointing out that “The government should eliminate the pricing policy and stop issuing different instructions for the pricing of products to allow the organizations and people active in this sector to be able to make plans and the market can be monitored by them.”
