Iran's shipments of paint, resin increases 17 percent in first 8 months YoY


(MENAFN) As declared by the representative of the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA), Iran shipped 7,291 tons of paint and resin valued at USD25.769 million throughout the opening eight months of the ongoing Iranian calendar year (March 21-November 21) to record a 17 percent surge on a yearly basis.

Morteza Emadi mentioned that the shipment of the stated outputs has also jumped 9.5 percent in terms of mass, as reported by IRIB.

Iraq, Azerbaijan as well as Afghanistan, Armenia, and Turkmenistan were the main shipment destinations of Iranian paint and resin in the stated eight months, as said by Emadi.

Iran also received shipment with a mass of 2,858 tons valued at USD18.421 million of the stated outputs in the said eight months.

The shipment into nations dropped by 3 percent in terms of worth and surged 21 percent in terms of mass in comparison to the numbers for the prior year’s same eight months, the official stated.
