Iran, Russia officials discuss ways to combat smuggling, violations


(MENAFN) Officials of the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA) as well as the Federal Customs Service of Russia held a meeting in the capital of Iran, Tehran, on Wednesday to talk about applying a memorandum of understanding (MOU) inked among the two nations for combating smuggling on top of customs violations.
