Kuwaiti Ambassador: Economic Crises Chance For Arab Integration


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) RABAT Oct 20 (KUNA) -- Arab countries should turn current difficult global economic conditions into opportunities leading to economic integration, a Kuwaiti diplomat said on Thursday.
Speaking to KUNA on the fringes of Arab Industrial Development, Standardization and mining Organization (AIDSMO) talks, Kuwait Ambassador to Morocco Abdullatif Al-Yahya outlined the need to promote future industries based on knowledge, innovation, digitization and artificial intelligence to support the industrial sector in Arab countries, and contribute to their GDP.
The ambassador attended the ministerial meeting at the head of a Kuwaiti delegation, representing the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
He conveyed the Kuwaiti government's support for Arab unity and cohesion. (pick up previous)
