Report Complaint On Loss Of Belongings Through Metrash2: MOI

Doha: The Ministry of Interior has urged everyone to benefit from the e-services on Metrash2, especially when reporting for missing belongings. 

First Lieutenant Ali Ahmed Al-Aidarous, officer of the General Directorate of Information Systems, explained that the service“Report Lost Objects” is available on the application, and it is possible to register a report of loss at any time and from anywhere without the need to visit security departments or the internal police departments.

Speaking to Qatar Radio, he added that after a report has been registered, it is transferred to the lost and found section of the relevant security departments, after which the applicant will be contacted.

Users of the application will have to select on the 'General Services' option to find the“Report Lost Objects” option. There are over 2 million active users, who can access more than 285 services on the app 24 hours a day.

As part of simplifying and digitalizing services of the Ministry of Interior, many new services have been recently added to Metrash2. These include some services of Recruitment Applications Review Committee, visa services and establishment registration service.
