HMC In Urgent Need For RH Negative Blood Donors

Doha: Qatar Blood Service has urged blood donors to donate as HMC's Blood Donor Center is in urgent need of all RH Negative blood groups.
“Qatar Blood Services is urgently in need of blood donors from the following RH (O-, A-, B-, AB-) Negative blood type” tweeted Hamad Medical Corporation.
People can donate by visiting the Blood Donor Center (Bayt Al Dhiyafah) from Sunday to Thursday 7am to 9:30pm and Saturday 8am to 2pm. Closed on Fridays.
The donation can be done at Satellite Blood Donor Center (opposite Surgical Specialty Center) from Sunday to Thursday from 7 am to 9.30 pm, while on Friday and Saturday it is closed.
Blood donor centres in the country follow the highest standards of safety and infection control and take extra precautions to help ensure the safety of employees and donors.
