U.S. Ambassador Visits Makariv Village In Kyiv Region
The ambassador said this on her Twitter account, Ukrinform reports.
“Deeply moved by the stories of those who suffered from the brutal Russian attacks on Makariv. Proud of U.S. humanitarian aid so they can rebuild and recover,” she said.
The ambassador also thanked the UN World Food Program for its work in Makariv to feed those whose“lives have been uprooted by Russia's brutal war”.
“Proud that U.S. funding through USAID has supported WFP outreach to 8 million people across Ukraine,” she stressed.
