Amir H H sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani sent a written message to Amir of the State of Kuwait H H Nawaf Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, pertaining to bilateral ties and the means to enhance them.

The message was received by Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait H E Dr. Ahmed Nasser Al Mohammed Al Sabah during a meeting with Ambassador of Qatar to Kuwait H E Ali bin Abdullah Al Mahmoud.
