One Person Shot Dead, Another Injured In Pettah

One person was killed while another individual sustained injuries following a shooting incident in Pettah today.
Gunmen on a motorcycle opened fire near the Bastian Mawatha Bus Stand in Pettah today.
The Police said that a 30-year-old man was killed in the shooting incident.
Initial investigations had revealed that the shooting incident was related to a personal dispute.
The second individual who sustained injuries is said to be in critical condition.
Further investigations are underway. (Colombo Gazette)
