BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 26. The agricultural development is the main point of the contract between Azerbaijan and Russia's Astrakhan region, Governor of the Russian Astrakhan region Igor Babushkin wrote on his Telegram channel, Trend reports.

He stressed that the conclusion of a cooperation agreement will contribute to strengthening partnerships.

The governor is on an official visit to Baku within the framework of the plenary session of the Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation between Russia and the Republic of Azerbaijan.
