Ukraine: Power system’s performance shows efficiency
(MENAFN) The energy system of Ukraine works steadily and offers the needed electricity for people.
Energy Minister of Ukraine German Galushchenko reported at a media briefing, “As for the operation of the energy system, I would like to note that it works consistently and covers the amount of electricity required by consumers,” mentions an Ukrinform correspondent.
He drew the power system reservations: 2,500 MW hydroelectric power factories, hydroelectric energized energy factories, and thermal energy factories; 900 MW – nuclear power plants.
Galushchenko said that 14 out of 15 energy entities are presently functioning at the NPPs, lifting the base storage.
