Saudi - Mohammed Al-Harithi Elected as President of ASBU
(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Riyadh, Dec. 12, 2021, SPA -- CEO of Saudi Broadcasting Authority Mohammad bin Fahd Al-Harithi was unanimously elected as President of the Arab States Broadcasting Union (ASBU) during elections which took place at the ASBU general assembly meeting in Riyadh.
In remarks following the election, Al-Harithi considered his being chosen unanimously as a result of the unlimited support provided by the country's wise leadership for various fields in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the media, within the Kingdom's Vision 2030, which seeks to lead change and create positive initiatives, in addition to the Kingdom's position at the regional and international arenas.
