Turkic Council’s name to be Organization of Turkic States
(MENAFN) In accordance to a mutual report of the Council's 8th Meeting in Istanbul, the name of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States (Turkic Council) was altered to the Organization of Turkic States.
The report has been published after the conference that was planned on the Democracy and Freedoms Island in the Sea of Marmara under the idea of “Green Technologies and Smart Cities in the Digital Age.”
"Turkish World 2040 Vision" started by the council’s honorary chairman, Nursultan Nazarbayev, is confirmed as a planned file, which is going to direct upcoming collaboration in numerous fields where the Turkic states have shared interests.”
