Top trade officials of Turkey, France ink protocol on trade ties
(MENAFN) Turkish and French top trade officials inked a protocol on trade relations, investments and cooperation in other countries.
Turkish Trade Minister Mehmet Mus posted on Twitter that the Joint Economic and Trade Committee (JETCO) protocol also covers the European Green Deal and is "a reflection of constructive negotiations and reconciliation."
The statement was made after Mus' assembly with Franck Riester, minister of foreign trade and economic attractiveness of France.
Both ministers also talked about updating the Customs Union amid Turkey and the EU in the meeting in Istanbul.
